No call? Text back.
Miss a call, and an AI texts the caller back within seconds, answers their questions, and books the job. A missed call stops being a lost customer. It's the simplest place to start with AI.
Watch one happen
Not a chatbot on your website. A text from your number, seconds after they hang up: qualifying the job, giving an honest range where one exists, booking the appointment. Press play and it runs at real speed, including the pauses.
Business names are fictional. The business-side messages are the templates we ship.
It answered after hours
The office was closed. The customer was not. That is the entire product in one line. This call would have been a voicemail nobody returned until Thursday.
It refused to quote
Roach work is priced on inspection, and in some states quoting is a licensed activity. So it books the visit and says why. A bot that guesses a number costs you the job and possibly worse.
It still closed the appointment
No price, and it booked anyway, because the customer wanted the problem solved, not a quote. The office confirms in the morning.

Sentry Pest Solutions. Missed call · 7:12 PM.
- Business: This is Sentry Pest Solutions - sorry we missed your call. The office is closed but I can still get this started. What do you need help with? Reply STOP to opt out.
- Customer: we have roaches in the kitchen
- Business: Are you seeing them mostly at night, and is it one or two or more than that?
- Customer: more than that. mostly when i turn the light on at night
- Business: That pattern is usually German cockroach, and it's very treatable - but it's treated on a schedule, not in one visit. Is this a house or an apartment, and roughly what square footage?
- Customer: house, 1600 sq ft
- Business: I'm not going to guess a price on this one. Roach work is priced after someone sees where they're harbouring, and a number over text would just be wrong. The inspection is free and takes about 30 minutes.
- Customer: ok that's fair. when
- Business: I can hold Tuesday morning or Wednesday afternoon. Which is better?
- Customer: tuesday morning
- Business: Holding Tuesday morning. Sentry Pest Solutions will confirm from the office. Reply here to change it.
Now put your own numbers in
That is what it does. This is what it is worth. Two sliders: how many calls you miss in a month, and what one closed job is worth to you. Every step of the arithmetic is on screen, conversion rates included, so you can argue with the number instead of taking it on faith.
After hours, on a job, on the other line.
What one closed job is worth to you.
Revenue those calls could return in a year
$23,040480 missed calls a year. Recovering even a fraction changes the number.
These are modelled rates, not our track record. We picked 40% engage / 25% book / 40% close as a deliberately conservative starting point so you can see the whole arithmetic. We publish real numbers as our own clients generate them, and we would rather you discount this than be surprised later.
A one time setup fee plus a monthly retainer. Neither is a number a slider can guess. How the pricing is built is further down this page, and your actual figure comes out of a consult.

How it works
Missed call
You're on a job and can't pick up. Right now, that call just ends.
Instant text
A friendly text goes out from your number within seconds.
Conversation
The AI answers their questions and keeps them engaged.
Booked job
It drops a booking link or hands off to you. Lead recovered.
How pricing works
This page will not hand you a number, because we do not know yours yet. What it will do is show you exactly how the number gets built, so nothing on the call is a surprise.
One-time setup
$750 to $2,000
It covers the carrier registration, the knowledge base we build from how you actually answer the phone, and the conversation design. It is a real build, done once, and it is never waived.
Where you land in that range depends on how much there is to build, and nothing else. One number and one location sits at the bottom. Several locations, per-location routing, or an integration we have to build sits at the top. It has nothing to do with what your jobs are worth, and we tell you the figure before you commit to anything.
Monthly retainer
$500/mo
Flat. The same number for a one-truck handyman and a four-location franchise. We do not tier it by your trade, we do not tier it by what your jobs are worth, and there is no version of this call where the number goes up because you told us you do well.
It is flat because you should be able to hear the price without a discovery call first. Volume is the only thing that ever moves your invoice, and the included allowance is set high enough that for most businesses it never does.
1,000 messages included each month, then 10 cents each.
A message is one text, in or out. A typical booking runs 6 to 12 of them, so 1,000 is roughly seven times what a busy trade actually uses — most months you will not touch it. And we bill at most 20 messages per conversation: if our AI gets chatty, that is our problem, not your bill.
The month is $500 and it is on this page. The only figure we have to scope is the setup, and that comes down to how much there is to build — one line and one location, or several locations and an integration. Book the call, we will scope it, and you will have the setup number before you decide anything.
- Carrier registration
- We file the A2P 10DLC campaign for you, under your own EIN. It typically takes one to four weeks and it cannot be rushed. We start it the day you commit, and we quote a window, never a date.
- Inbound only
- It answers people who already contacted you. We never send to purchased or client-supplied cold lists. Texting people who never contacted you is a different thing with real legal exposure, and we do not do it.
- Opt-out and quiet hours
- STOP handling and quiet hours are configured by default, on day one. They are not an upgrade and you do not have to ask for them.
- It never invents a price
- It quotes ranges you approved, or it books the visit and says a person will confirm. On work where quoting requires a licence, it does not quote at all.
- A person takes over
- Anything urgent, angry, or outside what it knows goes straight to your team, and it says so plainly instead of guessing.
Compliant by default
- It only ever replies
- Every text answers someone who just dialed your number. There is no list, no import, no purchase. If a vendor offers to text people who never called you, that is a different product with real legal exposure, and it is not this one.
- Registered under your EIN
- We file the A2P 10DLC campaign with the carriers in your business's name, under your own EIN, so the registration and the number belong to you. Filing typically takes one to four weeks and cannot be sped up. We start it the day you commit and we quote a window, never a date.
- Opt-out and quiet hours, day one
- STOP and HELP are wired into every conversation and quiet hours are set before the first text goes out. Nobody gets a 2am message from your number. This is default configuration, not an upgrade you have to ask for.
- It never invents a price
- It quotes only ranges you signed off on. Everything else it books, and it tells the caller a person will confirm the number. Where quoting requires a licence, it does not quote at all, and it says why.
- A person takes over
- Urgent, angry, or outside what it knows goes to your team, and the AI says out loud that it is handing over. It does not bluff to keep a conversation alive.
