Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you use the contact form or book a call, we collect what you give us: your name, your email address, your message, a budget and timeline if you add them, and your mobile number if you add one for texts. If you send project material before a session, we keep it only to do that work, and we delete it when you ask. Formspree processes form submissions, Cal.com handles scheduling, and the payment provider named at checkout handles card details. We never see your card number.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you requested, and communicate about your project. We do not sell your information to third parties.
SMS / text messages
TerraByte Solutions LLC sends and receives text messages from our business line, +1 (678) 626-4536. When you text us, or agree to get texts from us, we keep your mobile number and the messages we exchange. If you tick the text box on the contact form, we also keep a record of that consent: the wording you agreed to, the time, the page, your browser, and a one-way hash of your IP address. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the box was ticked by a person. We use them only to reply to you, to send appointment and project updates if you are a client, and to coordinate with our team members and contractors.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Reply STOP to any message to stop getting texts, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. The full details are in our SMS terms.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use it. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics cookies. Third-party services it links to or integrates with (Cal.com, Formspree) may use their own cookies as described in their respective privacy policies.
Third-party services

- Twilio carries calls and text messages to and from our business line.
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Google Analytics provides aggregated site analytics.
Each service has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete any personal information we hold about you by emailing support@terrabytesolutions.com.
We keep records of text-message consent and opt-outs for at least four years. If you ask us to delete your information, we still keep the record that your number opted out of texts, so that we never text it again.
