Questions
What people ask before a site.
How long does a website take?
It depends on the number of pages and on how soon the words and photos are ready. I give dates once the scope is written.
What does a website cost?
I don't publish a number, because a three page site and a site with booking are different jobs. You get one price for a written scope before any work starts.
Do I need to provide the words and photos?
It helps if you have photos and a description of what you do. I can work with what you have, and I will tell you what is missing.
I already have a site. Can you fix it?
Send me the address. Some sites need a repair and some cost less to rebuild. I will say which one yours is, and why.
Will my site show up in search?
I set up titles, descriptions, structured data and a sitemap, and I submit the site to search engines. That makes it possible to rank. I don't promise a position.
Who owns the site?
You do. The domain, the hosting and the code are in your name, so another developer can take it over.
Can you change the site after launch?
Yes. Small changes and ongoing care are agreed separately and in writing, so you know what they cost before I start.
