These terms cover text messages between you and TerraByte Solutions LLC.
Who sends the messages
TerraByte Solutions LLC sends text messages from our business line, +1 (678) 626-4536.
What messages we send
- Replies to people who contact us, about their question, a quote or setting up a call.
- Project updates, appointment reminders and support replies to our clients.
- Coordination with our team members and contractors.
How you opt in
Texting is always optional. You never need it to work with us or for us. We text you only after one of these:
- Our website form. On our contact page you enter your mobile number and check the box that says: “Text me about my project. I agree to get text messages from TerraByte Solutions at the number above.” The box is never checked for you, and you can send the form without it. Next to the box we show: “Texts are replies to my message, project updates and appointment reminders. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.” with links to these terms and our Privacy Policy. After you send the form with the box checked, we text you the confirmation below.
- You text us first at +1 (678) 626-4536. We reply only about what you asked.
- You text START (or YES) to +1 (678) 626-4536. When a client project starts, or a team member or contractor joins one, we invite you by email, on a call or in person. The invitation says: “Want project texts from TerraByte Solutions? Text START to +1 (678) 626-4536. We send project updates, appointment reminders and replies. Texting is optional. Terms: https://terrabytesolutions.com/sms-terms Privacy: https://terrabytesolutions.com/privacy Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.” After you text START or YES, we text you the confirmation below.

When you opt in by our form or by texting START or YES, you get this text right away (for the form, between 8am and 9pm ET; at night, at 8am ET):

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop getting texts from us. You get one last text confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
